The word Nihari comes from the Arabic word 'Nahaar' which means 'early morning'. Nihari Recipe in Urdu is a Pakistani as well as Indian and Bangladeshi dish with a blazing spicy stew that contains slow cooked mutton, beef or chicken. It is named Nihari because it used to enjoy early in the morning.

4 tbsp nihari masala
1/2 cup yoghurt
