Stock Ingredients:


Fennel Seed 2 Tbsp

Coriander Seed 2 Tbsp

Whole Garlic 1 nos

Onion 1 nos

Green Chillies 4 to 6

Water 2 litre

1kg chicken cut to medium pieces

1 Kg Sela rice

500 ml water or stock

4 Sliced Onion

1 cup oil

1 heaped tsp cumin seeds

6 cloves

½ tsp black pepper

2” cinnamon stick

2 black cardamom pods

2 large white onions thinly sliced

4 green chillies slit

5 garlic cloves

1” ginger

1/2 cup Yoghurt

1 Tsp White Pepper powder

1 Tsp Chicken Powder

1/4 tsp food colour

Salt to taste

2 kg Tomatoes
